THE MISSION OF THE CIVIL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION (C.B.I.):
The Mission of the Citizen’s Bureau of Investigation (C.B.I.) is to work on behalf of and in cooperation with US Citizens to protect Liberty & Justice for all and to detect and prevent abuse, and mismanagement in U.S. Government Public Offices and Bureaucracies and to expose and hold wrong doers accountable and bring them to Justice using all legal means available, in particular whenever the Government fails to do so for whatever reason.
